Our solution
The client billing recognition process and the customers site visit rules were tightened in all the remote locations. A digital scanning and logging solution was developed and tested before the end of the project to great success. Prompt recording of site deliveries and shortfalls was also designed and put into action before the end of the project. A ‘cash culture was introduced, and performance indicators baked into the managers business objectives.
